Delivery method
The products shall be dispatched via a courier company (ACS) and after communication, the shipment is also made with a transport company..
Delivery cost
Within Attica: A charge of 3 Euros for payment via deposit into a Bank account, credit or debit card.
Rest of Greece & Islands: A charge of 4,5 Euros for payment via deposit into a Bank account, credit or debit card.
Inaccessible areas: A charge of 7,5 Euros for payment via deposit into a Bank account, credit or debit card.
In the case where you have chosen the cash on delivery method, the cash on delivery charge is then 3 Euros.
In order to complete the provision of the Service, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary information to the OIKIAKA - OMNISHOP Company in order to complete the delivery.

Delivery Period
The dispatch shall be made immediately after confirming your order and the delivery to the customer shall take place within a period of 2-3 working days. *
(*) The dispatch periods may vary due to unforeseen factors such as: non-immediate product availability, special processing, strikes, transport company delays, holidays, non-working days, etc.
Product returns
You reserve the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date when you received it.
In order to make a return, you must firstly contact us (via email or phone) so that we can start the return process.
In the cases where products of poor and defective quality were sold by demonstrable fault of OIKIAKA - OMNISHOP or due to an error in receiving the order, in invoicing, shipment, etc., we shall then assume full responsibility for the replacement, return costs, as well as the costs for re-dispatch.
In the cases of incorrect product or design choice, the customer shall be charged with the return and re-dispatch costs.
The dispatch and return costs shall also be borne by the customer in the case where the right of withdrawal is exercised. The products returned must be in the condition that they were received, complete and without wear & tear and their packaging must be the packaging that normally accompanies the product and in an excellent condition, which must necessarily be accompanied by the relevant declaration of withdrawal together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. retail sales receipt). The return shall only be accepted after the company’s approval.
RETURNS without previously notifying the store (info@oikiaka-omnishop.gr, 2610622602), SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The return process shall only be performed by the same courier with whom the product was dispatched for the first time; alternatively it shall not be accepted.
Replacement
The Company shall do its best to replace the product that you returned where it is deemed to be defective or the wrong product code was dispatched. For your best possible service, we suggest, that you inform us within 2 working days from the date of receipt by either telephone or e-mail about the desire to replace it. In the case where replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, we shall contact you offering you alternatives.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases: Prior to the product’s dispatch – Cancellation shall be possible by sending an e-mail to info@oikiaka-omnishop.gr or via telephone contact on 2610622602, Monday to Saturday (09.00-14.00)
